The Course Pass was built to close that gap.

It meets you exactly where you are whether you’re in the middle of anxiety, navigating depression, supporting someone else, or simply trying to build a more grounded and resilient life. It offers immediate access to tools that are both clinically informed and spiritually rooted, so you’re not choosing between practical support and meaningful formation you’re receiving both, together.

This isn’t just about learning. It’s about practicing in real time.

The resources are designed to be used in the moments that matter most when your thoughts are spiraling, when your body feels overwhelmed, when you’re unsure what to say or do. And over time, these practices don’t just get you through hard moments they begin to reshape how you live, respond, and show up.

Because real change doesn’t come from information alone.
It comes from accessible, consistent, embodied practice.

The Course Pass makes that possible.

Welcome to Speak Out Course Pass

The Course Pass exists because the need is now, not later.

We’ve seen it again and again people recognizing that something isn’t right in their own mental health or in someone they love, but not having immediate access to support. The gap between awareness and action can feel overwhelming. Waiting for an appointment, a program, or the “right time” often means sitting in the very moments that feel the heaviest without a clear way forward.

Current Resources Available

Through simple, intentional steps, you will learn how to step away, reset your mind and body, and return with greater clarity and steadiness.

What’s Included in the Course Pass

The Speak Out Course Pass is an online resource designed for both those who are personally struggling and those who are walking alongside someone who is. Every piece of content is rooted in spiritual formation and supported by evidence-informed mental health practices, so you’re engaging tools that care for both your inner world and your lived experience.

Inside, you’ll find guided practices that help regulate your body in moments of anxiety, frameworks that help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface of depression, and simple, clear ways to support someone else without feeling overwhelmed or unequipped. These aren’t abstract concepts they are practical tools you can return to again and again, especially in the moments that feel the most urgent.

You’ll also have access to rhythms and practices like silence and solitude, Sabbath, and daily grounding exercises that are designed specifically for those navigating anxiety and depression. These aren’t presented as ideals to strive for, but as accessible entry points into steadiness, presence, and restoration.

The Course Pass includes ongoing resources you can engage at your own pace, revisit as needed, and integrate into your everyday life. Whether you need something in the middle of a hard moment or you’re looking to build sustainable rhythms of mental and emotional health, it’s all available to you anytime, anywhere.

Because support shouldn’t be limited to a scheduled hour.
It should be present in the moments you need it most.
